What is CEHD USC?
The Texas A&M University College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) Undergraduate Student Council (USC) unifies and serves our students by Promoting communication and collaboration, encouraging personal development, and positively impacting the CEHD and the University at large.

This council works to serve in an advisory capacity to the Dean and Associate Deans of CEHD and promotes a shared undergraduate identity within the CEHD.
USC takes the responsibility of hosting and assisting with CEHD events and represents CEHD students and their interests.
Why should I join?
CEHD USC is a well-rounded organization that positively impacts its members in many ways. USC provides useful professional experience through the task of representing CEHD students to the Dean and Associate Deans of the college. Leadership opportunities within the organization, professional speakers, and the creation/promotion of CEHD events are great learning tools for becoming a better professional.

USC also creates close bonds between members and provides a support system of like-minded individuals to help members make their way through college. Retreats and monthly socials create a close-knit community that will last for many years to come.

What we do:
CEHD USC hosts weekly meetings for members, monthly socials, service opportunities, and at least one retreat each semester. USC organizes events for the whole College of Education and Human Development to connect students to the tools and opportunities that CEHD provides.

This organization learns from speakers and industry professionals about the future of education and human development.

As USC is the bridge between the CEHD students and the dean and associate deans, USC meets with the Dean to relay the student body's wants and needs from the College.
